Class Description: In one fun-filled week, kids will enjoy working alongside classmates learning to make a variety of dishes from across the country. Our instructor will cover fundamentals such as basic knife skills, reading recipes and the importance of kitchen safety. Your little chef will gain confidence in the kitchen as we practice techniques for everything from making jambayala and frozen custard to learning how to create homemade vinaigrette. We’ll travel through each United States region, and sample favorites from coast to coast. Each class runs for two hours and kids will enjoy a generous sample of every delectable dish. This spring break, share your passion for cooking by treating your little loved one to a culinary experience they’ll never forget.
