The majority of class time will be the hands-on, knife-sharpening lesson with Bob, so come ready to roll up your sleeves and please dress accordingly. At the end of the lesson, Bob will show students how to care for their knives at home with the new Bob Kramer Sharpening Collection.
Students will receive a Zwilling One Paring Knife and a copy of our book Knives Cooks Love (a $95 value)—both included in class price—and are encouraged to bring in a knife they use at home (maybe your dullest). What better way to learn about knives than from the master himself?
