If you are from Texas then you are a fan of kolaches. These soft yeast rolls can be made with a variety of fruit fillings or made savory with sausage, cheese or ham. In this workshop our pastry chef will walk you through step by step in making these treats at home. Once you have mastered this dough, you can let your imagination run wild with fillings.
