We love how this monthly feature offers simple and satisfying recipes, along with healthy cooking tips. In Great Food, you’ll find everything you need to eat in a way that’s enjoyable and fun. Plus, you’ll get expert advice on how to stay fit, energetic and feeling your best.
Join us and discover how easy it can be to create meals that are packed with flavor, not excess calories. You’ll enjoy working alongside classmates practicing knife skills and grilling techniques as we prepare nutritious dishes that showcase fresh flavors of the season. We’ll walk you through the surprisingly simple steps for making pesto from scratch and end on a sweet note with a healthy dessert the whole family will love.
What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
You will work with other students in groups of 4
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
