What you will learn
Want to learn the difference between a macaron and a macaroon? Or how to create the perfect meringue cookie? Then please join our expert pastry chef instructor in the Sur La Table kitchen and she’ll teach you what the pros know – that’s it’s all about how you handle the egg whites. First, using Italian meringue, we’ll create the perfect French macaron. Then you’ll create a wonderfully chewy, sweet coconut macaroon, and finally a melt in your mouth meringue. You’ll leave armed with techniques to recreate these sweet, unique treats at home.
