Please join us for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work beside Chef Ruth Gresser, Washington DC’s matriarch of pizza, in this hands-on class as you learn to make your own gourmet pizzas. Chef Gresser, Owner and Chef of Pizzeria Paradiso will share her experiences and knowledge about how to make award winning pizza, in your own home. We will prepare recipes from Chef Gresser's new book Kitchen Workshop - Pizza - from the classic Pizza Margherita to the unusual use of chick peas as a pizza topping, and even a dessert pizza. Chef Gresser will guide you through making the perfect pizza dough, stretching techniques, toppings and how to perfectly cook your pizzas. When you’re done you’ll be making your own Pizzeria Paradiso pizzas at home.
