Ingredients
- 2 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups peeled and chopped mango
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
- Ice, for serving
Procedure
Add all the ingredients but the ice to the pitcher of a blender and blend mixture until smooth and creamy. Pour over ice into four tall glasses.
