Handcrafted by artisans in Seki City, Japan, the Bob Kramer Carbon Collection is as close to a Kramer original as one can get—with unrivaled performance that requires very little care. The blades are made from a type of straight carbon steel called 52100, the exact same steel Bob himself uses in his own shop. The bolsters are brass and the handles are African Blackwood, just like a Kramer original. Even the most specific details are identical down to the taper of the tang and the center decorative pin. In fact, the pin in each knife is made by Bob himself.
