Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 4 celery stalks
- 2 apples
- 6 to 8 kale leaves
- ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
Procedure
With this tasty juice recipe, even avowed leafy-green haters will find themselves sipping kale with a smile.
Wash all produce well. Core apples and cut into halves. Remove leaves from celery stalk (or include if desired) and cut stalks into smaller pieces. Peel the lemon. Juice together all ingredients and enjoy!
