What you will learn
In this class, we'll be recreating the classic dishes of Mexico as highlighted in the classic cookbook, Mexico: One Plate at a Time, by Mexican food guru Rick Bayless. A menu of small plates that are perfect for entertaining, our class will focus on using the right tools and ingredients to pull off authentic Mexican dishes. Have fun as you learn about garlic, peppers, avocados, fire roasting, tortillas and ceviche, as well as how to cook with Mexican cheese, chocolate and tequila.
