Any recommendations as to which 7-piece knife set to get? So many choices... I'm fine spending a bit more if the more expensive ones are really better, but not if there's no real difference. It's just more enjoyable using knives that feel good and cut well. We use them for normal family cooking - nothing extreme.

Bought the myabi evolution set for my son's family. I have purchased knives individually, some of them on sale. I like the sharpness, more western style handle, and a little more weight. They are nice, but a luxury item.
