They are so versatile you can serve them as appetizers, in sandwiches or as lunch or dinner entrees. Our instructor will show you how to prepare perfect meatball dishes inspired by world cuisines ranging from Turkey to Vietnam. The techniques learned in this class will ensure that your meatballs will be a hit for years to come!
