Moonstruck Chocolate's Handmade Artisan Chocolates

Please join us in the Sur La Table kitchen for this very special chocolate demonstration-style class. Moonstruck Chocolate’s Master Chocolatier Julian Rose will teach you key techniques to create finely crafted chocolates and decadent truffles. Guests will learn about the art of chocolate tempering, tips and tricks for creating different types of truffles, how to decorate artisan chocolates, and get to sample all of the beautiful creations. This is your chance to not only taste the best of a Portland original, but to look behind the curtain and see the magic as it happens.
