What you will learn
In this class, students will learn tips and techniques for creating their favorite restaurant-style espresso desserts at home. We’ll utilize different types of Nespresso pods to show the range of espresso-flavored desserts as well as the nuances of each brew. The desserts will range in type and flavor, pairing espresso with citrus, spice, cream, nuts, chocolate and caramel for an ultimately indulgent menu
