Dishes is fine but review for Sur La Table is extremely low in my books...I'd rate the dishes at 4 stars. One of the plate with hair line cracked when used in microwave.

The glaze quality is excellent, far above any stoneware produced elsewhere. I ordered my dishes in red, black and white. The white is a bit too subtle to show the glaze detail.
