It won't interfere with bake quality I'm sure but the blue was the color I was most excited about, it looked very prominent in photos online.

Cleanup is a breeze, even if you've scorched something while baking/roasting. ( yes that does happen ??). Simply soak it in hot water with some detergent in it and whatever is in the baker will wipe off easily after it soaks really well.
