It was somewhat challenging to cook and move around with the amount of people in the class. The chef seemed a bit unorganized and directions were not always clear, however, I do think the classes are worth trying for a more unique experience and to learn...

I Loved all the tips and tricks she offered so that my at home experience would be successful. I would totally recommend this class....She did show us how to roll them and gave all the cooking information. If it's called a croissant workshop then croissants...
