I have taken 4 of her macaron classes. Each time I do it my macarons are nearing perfection.

Pros: effective classes, follow-up support, thorough teaching

It was well explained and the instructors were nice. My dad and I tried out the recipe at home and I think they turned out great, even if the macarons have some cracks in them....Enjoyed this class. Chef Carlo was so nice and gave me a lot of great tips....
