The instructions manual was very easy to read, though I wish they had included a rice paddle like other rice cookers do...That being said, these rice cookers make amazing rice and will not disappoint!...I will use this rice cooker for all rice I cook....Awesome...

Easy to use. Consistent rice every time...."Cup" measures 6oz, so does not yield the same amount as expected. Capacity for brown rice is significantly less than white. Fill lines are helpful, but rice was sticky not fluffy after the 15 minute 'keep warm'...

I cook short grain and basmati brown rice in it....It makes perfect, fluffy, evenly-cooked rice. The largest amount of rice that Ive tried using in this pot is 2 ½ cups uncooked rice, and I think that is the maximum for the type of rice I have.
