Stain Resistant Saucepans

Nice quality cookware but stains easy...However, almost anything stains it, even on medium heat (vegetables, meats, w/ oil, butter, etc. ...I'd asked for a new saucepan for Christmas & my son gave me this complete set.

The surface is very resistant to sticking-- which is what I wanted. It's interesting though it does take a bit longer to heat up and they do tell you to wait 90 seconds to heat it up before cooking.
