I want to love this board but it looks as if there are two different woods combined, grain/color, and I am hopping that the differences won't be noticeable when I put food, dishes, etc for serving. ...This is the nicest piece. It?s heavy and excellent...

FYI because these are made from natural wood, variations in color and veining will differ from piece to piece....They are very functional...great as a set for serving salad and even big enough to use alone as separate serving pieces.
