Class Description: Every September, roughly six million people descend on Munich for Oktoberfest—the largest beer festival in the world. If you can’t make it in person this year, we’ll help you celebrate in authentic German style with a modern twist on traditional Oktoberfest favorites. Our instructor will demonstrate the surprisingly simple steps for making homemade sauerkraut. Plus, you’ll enjoy working alongside classmates as you practice braising cabbage, breading and frying the ultimate schnitzel. We’ll end on a sweet note by baking up mini versions of a traditional German dessert.
What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
