Dive into all things doughnuts in our Focus Series Dough 101 class, a luscious two-day workshop where we make three types of treats. Join our chef instructor as they talk about the history and science of yeasted dough to help you better understand the delicious process behind making doughnuts. You'll learn to make dough from scratch and how to develop flavor by resting the dough in the fridge overnight. To finish the two-day workshop, we will walk you through the steps of shaping, frying and filling—along with all of the tricks to achieving the perfect doughnut.
