What you will learn
Small but mighty, we concentrate on sautéing shrimp in our latest Focus Series class! Our chef instructor will teach you the ins and outs of handling shrimp, from best purchasing practices to peeling and deveining techniques to marinating and sautéing. You'll end class with a delicious shrimp scampi paired with store-bought spaghetti and invaluable new skills for perfectly cooked shrimp every time.
