What you will learn
Join us for a late summer evening of cooking and fun and immerse yourselves in elegant, modernist Parisian cuisine. Together with other students you'll learn about authentic French ingredients and cooking fundamentals. Prepare a menu of delicious dishes, including a foolproof soufflé, a mouthwatering steak with a superb peppery sauce, and a passionately sublime chocolate tart.
