She'll cover all the steps from the exact ratio of chocolate to cream with dark, milk or white chocolate, to a simple tempering technique (seed method) and the best ways to infuse your ganache with fruits and teas. And, to make sure your creations come out perfect, she will even cover the best way repair a broken or split ganache. This classs is a must for all chocolate lovers.
