What you will learn
Join us in the kitchen for an afternoon of fun and authentic Italian flavors. In this hands-on class, our instructor will share tips for preparing everything from perfectly cooked chicken to classic lentil soup. You’ll enjoy working alongside other students learning secrets for roasting vegetables and creating a twist on the traditional tapenade. We’ll end on a sweet note with a luscious panna cotta that’s ideal for sharing.
