Ingredients
½ oz lime juice (½ a lime)
6 oz sparkling water
1.5 oz Mezcal
4 oz watermelon juice
Tajin to rim the glass
Lime wedges for garnish
Procedure
Add a few teaspoons of Tajin to a plate or a shallow bowl to prepare your salt-rimmed glass.
Trace a lime wedge around the edge of your glass, and place the rim into the plate with Tajin.
Pour your chilled sparkling water, mezcal and watermelon juice into the serving glasses and garnish with a lime wedge before serving!
