Class Description: Family pizza night is about to get a whole lot tastier—join us and discover how easy it can be to make grilled pizzas with amazing artisan toppings. In this hands-on class, our instructor will walk you through the steps for preparing dough from scratch and show you secrets for forming and grilling it. You’ll work alongside classmates honing knife skills as you transform seasonal ingredients into unique topping combinations and a zesty homemade pesto. Plus, we’ll show you how to make a scrumptious dessert pizza featuring chocolate and fresh summer fruit.
