Makes 1 smoothie
Ingredients
- 4-5 leaves of kale (or 2 cups spinach leaves)
- ½ avocado
- 1 cup frozen banana slices
- 6 mint leaves
- ½ Granny Smith apple
- Handful ice
- ⅓ - ¾ cup water or your milk of choice
Procedure
Add kale leaves, avocado, banana, mint, apple and ice to the bowl of a blender. Begin blending. While blending, add liquid to mixture until desired consistency is achieved.
