Additional Information
Beauty and function team up in All-Clad’s c4 Copper skillets. The 100% copper exterior heats up quickly and is polished for a gorgeous shine, while the stainless steel cooking surface provides excellent searing and maintains the purity of food’s flavor. Additional bonded layers of copper and stainless steel alternate to make a total of four layers that deliver precise, consistent and even results. These USA-made skillets are available in two sizes.

Flared rims make pouring easy and mess-free, while the stainless steel handles are contoured for comfort and securely riveted. These do-it-all skillets are safe for use in the oven and broiler, so you can sear a steak or fish on the stovetop then bake it to completion without needing a new pan. Thanks to the gleaming copper, these skillets present beautifully on the table.
  • 4-ply bonded alternating layers of copper and stainless steel for precise, even results
  • Nonreactive stainless steel cooking surface excels at searing and will not alter flavor of food
  • Gorgeous 1-mm 100% copper exterior for quick, responsive heating
  • Flared edges for drip-free pouring
  • Stainless steel handles are riveted for durability and contoured for comfort and maneuverability

  • Allow pans to cool before washing. Hand-wash; dry immediately with a soft cloth. Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents. Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This will not affect the pan’s cooking performance. To keep the exterior looking new, use a copper polish or a combination of lemon and salt.
