How does the All Clad compare to the Scan Pan?

I do not own a Scanpan, but have used them and the ones I have seen have had their finish fade. I prefer the All Clad because they are stainless steel and will likely hold up much longer than the finish on the scan pan will (All Clad should last forever). All Clad are NOT non-stick (I think the scan pan is non stick) I owned a set of Calphalon that were made of hard anodized aluminum (they have been discontinued) and they did not even last 10 years. I will never buy anything that is not stainless steel ever again. If you do not want stainless steel, I would go with Le Creuset as an alternative. I have several pieces of that cookware as well and I love it. It is heavy, but will last forever.
