Can anyone who has owned and used this pan on a regular basis tell me how well the pan's non-stick surface still performs?

These pans are fantastic in the instructions it tells you not to use products like Pam as long as you use butter or oil or nothing the non stick stays perfect I have had scan pans for over three years
