What you will learn
In this hands-on class, we’ll demystify the wonderful world of Asian noodles and show you how to recreate restaurant favorites at home quickly and easily. We’ll walk you through traditional stir-fry techniques and share secrets for cooking noodles properly every time. You’ll learn about the differences between a wide variety of noodles typically found in Asia and discover the flavors and ingredients that make Asian cuisine uniquely delicious.
