What you will learn
Cooking seafood at home may seem daunting, but this class will show you how simple and satisfying it can be. Our instructor will share tips for taking advantage of what’s available at the market, then walk you through the steps for preparing perfectly grilled shrimp and steamed mussels. We’ll cover great techniques for enhancing flavor—from cooking with a cedar plank to using a popular Himalayan salt block. Plus, you’ll learn how to take seafood to a whole new level with homemade marinades and glazes.
