Prepare restaurant-quality grilled seafood at home–indoors or out! Join us and learn easy techniques for perfectly grilling shrimp, scallops, and fish. Plus, we’ll show you how to determine doneness like a pro and enhance flavors with seasonings and homemade sauces.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
