What you will learn
If you've dreamed of becoming master of the grill, this is the class for you! Our chef instructor will walk you through the techniques for producing tender, juicy steaks cooked to perfection every time. We'll work with popular cuts of beef, covering everything from searing and grilling to pan roasting. Plus, you'll learn tricks for determining doneness like a pro and discover how easy it can be to create your own dressings, sauces and spice rubs at home.
