In this technique-filled class our experts will share the tricks of the pastry chef’s trade so students can create their own treats at home with true professional flair. Essentially an insider’s guide to preparing pastry, we’ll walk you though a menu full of classic pastry recipes and show you how easy they are with the right introduction.
