Secrets of Great Grilling

Join us for this hands-on class and learn how to take grilling to a whole new level. Our instructor will share secrets the pros use to prepare perfectly grilled shrimp, salmon, and chicken every time. You'll practice using a salt slab and cedar plank to enhance flavors and learn to create your own glazes, sauces, and salsas. Plus, we'll show how to transform fresh summer peaches into a decadent grilled dessert. Once you learn how easy and versatile grilling can be, you may want to give your oven the summer off.

What To Expect:

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

• Interact with classmates and the instructor for a rich learning experience
• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
• Held in our professional teaching kitchens, each class is led by an experienced chef instructor
• Hands-on classes are limited to 16 participants
