What you will learn
Join us for a fun, hands-on class. Discover a new take on grilling that goes far beyond burgers and hot dogs. We'll walk you through techniques for preparing perfectly grilled chicken and fish, vegetables, and even fruit. You'll learn how to easily create your own homemade sauces and glazes. Then we'll finish off with a decadent dessert you'd never guess could come from a grill–cast-iron brownies.
*Please note:In most locations, local restrictions require we grill indoors.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
