These steak knives feature the perfect design for easy, one-pass slicing. Since fewer meat fibers are cut with each slice, the juices remain inside the meat, ensuring tasty results. The edge contacts the steak at a slight angle with a smaller initial contact point, making it much easier to slice food without crushing it. The slim pakkawood handle is contoured, allowing it to rest easily in your hand while enabling a slight pinch grip for comfortable control.
