You’ll learn how to select meat like a restaurant insider, pick the right cut for your recipe and tips that bring out the most flavors. Our instructor will explain it all and share some scrumptious recipes that are sure to impress family and friends, then complete the meal with a classic dessert you though you had to go out to enjoy.
