What you will learn
Everyone has a favorite recipe, whether it is Grandma's mac and cheese or the perfect potato salad. Even chefs have their favorites, and we have selected four amazing recipes from some of our best classes. You and your fellow students will learn the secrets behind steam mussels, make the best frites our chefs have tasted, sear a flank steak to mouth-watering perfection, and brandy pears for part of your dessert. This is a unique opportunity to learn our favorites from our chefs and staff, along with their tips and tricks for all the preparations; nothing could be better!

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
