South East Asia offers a wonderful cornucopia of curries that are fragrant, fiery and full of flavor explosions. From the spice islands of Indonesia, through the Malay peninsula and up to temples of Thailand and Burma, each of these countries in this region has their own signature curry that uses different spice and herb combinations. Your instructor, Linda Tay Esposito, will lead you thru roasting your own curry powder and pounding up curry paste from scratch using traditional and authentic techniques to make these tantalizing curries.
