What you will learn
Street foods around the world are gaining in popularity and becoming recognized as important additions to the culinary world. In this class our chef will take students on a culinary tour of Southeast Asia to share traditional techniques and authentic ingredients you’d find in an assortment of dishes from this amazing part of the world.

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
Held in our professional teaching kitchens, each class is led by an experienced chef instructor
Hands-on classes are limited to 16 participants
