In this class, Chef Robert will share twists on classic southern food and even show you some secrets to curb a few calories. Even if you aren’t from the south, he’ll have you making creamy stone-ground grits and spicy shrimp just like a pro. He’ll even teach you how to get all the flavor, with none of the flour, out of a black pepper gravy.
