If comfort food is what you crave, then nothing beats traditional Southern food. Southern food has a rich history and a combination of culinary heritages from around the world. In this class, you'll learn some of the classic southern staples that will have you feeling as if you're sitting on the porch in a rocking chair, with scent of magnolia blossoms in the air.

Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
