Our instructor will share tips for taking advantage of what's at the market and show you how to incorporate great seasonal flavors. You'll work alongside others mastering techniques for searing scallops and creating perfectly flaky salmon. Plus, we'll walk you through the steps of preparing a savory pan cream sauce and a decadently sweet dessert.
