Spicy Honey Margarita

Makes 1 cocktail
- ½ ounce Bees Knees Spicy Honey simple syrup
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
- Salt and lime wedge for garnish
To make the honey simple syrup, mix one part Bees Knees Spicy Honey with one part warm water and stir to combine. (We like to make a larger batch to keep on hand in the fridge.)
Add lime juice, tequila, honey simple syrup, and plenty of ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until frosty.
Rub a lime wedge around rim of a rocks glass and dip in salt. Strain margarita into prepared glass and top with more ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
