Situated on France’s southeast coast, Provence is known for its fresh and flavorful cuisine that takes cues from its Italian, Spanish and Greek neighbors. In this class, you’ll learn to recreate a variety of rustic favorites from Provence’s countryside. Our chef instructor will help you master simple French techniques for preparing the region’s famous, satisfying flavors
